We are looking for a centerless grinder operator to join an awesome manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup — Prepare grinders by selecting wheels, adjusting guides, and setting proper speeds/feeds.
- Grinding Operations — Run centerless grinding machines to produce parts within tight tolerances.
- Quality Inspection — Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; verify dimensions and surface finish.
- Equipment Maintenance — Clean, lubricate, and perform basic troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently.
- Material Handling — Load/unload parts, maintain workflow, and follow safety procedures.
- Documentation — Record production data, part counts, and inspection results.
