RN Supervisor Opportunities Available

We are currently hiring RN Supervisors for multiple schedules. Choose the opportunity that best fits your lifestyle:

Weekend Warrior RN Supervisor

• 7pm-7am

• Every weekend (24 hours/week)

• Every 8th weekend off

• No on-call responsibility

• $52.00/hour base + $8.00/hour Weekend Warrior differential = $60.00/hour

• Optional weekday shifts available if desired

Full-Time Night RN Supervisor

• 11pm-7am

• Monday through Friday

• 40 hours per week

• Starting at $52.00/hour

• Eligible for an additional $5.00/hour when picking up extra shifts

• Weekend on-call rotation approximately every four weeks

Per Diem RN Supervisor

• Flexible schedule

• $50.00/hour

• Two weekend shifts per month required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Support and mentor nursing staff while providing clinical leadership.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.

• Respond to resident care needs and clinical emergencies.

• Assume responsibility for facility operations during assigned shifts when leadership is unavailable.

• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and communicate significant resident changes to physicians and families as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.

• Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred.

• Long-term care experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
