This is a local hire position. Cannot needs to be within a commutable distance to Lathrop, MO. 1-2 years of safety/admin experience is strongly preferred.To provide clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision and within defined procedures. May have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information. This position commonly assists project or administrative support assistants.Key Responsibilities:Completes simple paper filing activitiesReceives and distributes mailFaxes documentsCopies documentsPrepares files for archivingDistributes documentsPerforms scanning and electronic filingAnswers phonesGreets and directs visitorsAssembles documents (reproduction and collation)Performs basic word processing and data entryMaintains simple spreadsheetsOrders office suppliesPerforms other general clerical duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredBasic MS Word skillsBasic MS Outlook skillsSpelling and grammar skillsConcentration and cognitive skillsAttention to detail and reading comprehensionEthics and valuesIntegrity and trustAbility to prioritizeProblem-solving abilityMinimum Qualifications:No prior experience necessary.
