Honest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro! We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals ready to master high-ticket residential sales and build a rewarding sales career.

No prior sales or roofing experience? No problem. We provide paid training, elite coaching, and the tools you need to succeed. As we grow this branch, we need proactive go-getters ready to generate momentum in a fast-paced market.

How Our Sales Pipeline Works ("Earn Your Leads")

To build field confidence and local market expertise, all incoming representatives start by self-generating and closing two (2) residential roofing contracts through localized prospecting. Once you achieve this milestone, you unlock full access to our inside sales calendar and receive pre-qualified, company-provided inbound appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Local Prospecting: Generate initial opportunities through neighborhood canvassing, community networking, and direct local outreach.
• Roof Inspections: Safely climb extension ladders to inspect residential roofs and identify storm or age-related damage.
• Present Solutions: Guide homeowners through premium material options, warranties, and flexible financing to close deals in-home.
• Consult & Convert: Run pre-booked, pre-screened appointments provided by our inside sales team once unlocked.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up with warm prospects to execute signed contracts and track activity in our CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years of sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience (character and coachability are prioritized).
• Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle).
• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections.
• Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt, MO.
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday with weekend flexibility for client meetings).
• Communication & Tech: Strong verbal communication skills and a reliable smartphone for daily team coordination.
