Key Responsibilities Process and track patient referrals. Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers. Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and specialty offices. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (eCW preferred). Provide excellent customer service and support clinic operations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.
