Pride Health is hiring a Referral Care Coordinator to support our client's medical facility in Tampa FL 33613. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (Day Shift)

Position Summary

The Referral Care Coordinator is responsible for processing patient referrals, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care to ensure timely patient access to services.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track patient referrals.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers.
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and specialty offices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (eCW preferred).
• Provide excellent customer service and support clinic operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eCW, referral processing, appointment scheduling, and healthcare call centers.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
