The Accounting Associate will assist in maintaining financial records, reviewing & processing transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.Key duties and responsibilities include:Processing accounts payable invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and on timeMonitoring accounts receivable, maintaining reports, and performing collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoicesCommunicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepanciesMaintaining vendor profiles, W9'sVerifying and reconciling vendor statementsVerifying and reconciling credit card statementsEnsuring timely and accurate payment of invoicesEntering payments received from customerPreparing bank depositsPreparing and analyzing various financial reportsMaintaining accurate and organized recordsAssisting with month-end closing activitiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferredBasic understanding of GAAP principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in QuickBooks, minimum of 5 years (Required)Job Type: Full-time, non-exemptSalary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour shifts.Location: In person/On site – This is an onsite office position in Grand Island, NYInterested in Applying: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io OR Apply OnlineManaged Care Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
