LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Spearly

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130‑bed skilled nursing facility specializing in behavioral and mental health. We care for residents who are largely independent, and we aim to create a home‑like environment for those who often feel forgotten. Full‑time positions available 6 am–6 pm. Pay starts at $36.00 per hour, with higher rates for experienced nurses. DailyPay is also offered. Responsibilities Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting. Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side‑effects of medications. Monitor and record vital signs. Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living. Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks. Collect lab samples. Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals. Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications LPN (required) BLS certification (required) Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures. Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
