Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead a nursing unit and ensure the delivery of exceptional care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader, organized, and passionate about improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resident care
•Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
•Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
•Monitor and maintain quality metrics, including infection control, safety, and resident satisfaction
•Provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications:
•Current RN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
•Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
