Responsibilities Provide administrative oversight and guidance to our social work team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement comprehensive social work programs to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address social and emotional needs of residents, promoting a high level of resident satisfaction and well-being Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide supportive interventions to residents and their families Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care Develop and manage social work budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and targeting high-priority areas Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, incorporating this knowledge into our social work program Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a social work setting Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising social work staff Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with diverse populations, including seniors, and their families Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively About Us At Ellisville Rehabilitation and Nursing, our commitment to total solutions means we are dedicated to improving the lives of our residents and their families.
