No two days are the same, and every project helps create a cleaner future for our communities.What You'll Be DoingAs a Solar Installation Technician, you'll help bring solar projects to life by working directly on rooftops and job sites. You'll work closely with your crew to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and up to code. Your day-to-day will include:Installing solar panels on residential rooftopsReading blueprints and site plans to guide your workAssembling and wiring systems, including batteries and accessoriesTroubleshooting and performing system maintenanceEnsuring OSHA safety practices at all timesStaying up-to-date through ongoing trainingWho You AreYou're a problem-solver who likes working outdoors, with your hands, and as part of a tight-knit crew.
