Cherry Picker Trainee with Heights Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Order Picker / Cherry Picker Trainee ProLogistix | New Albany, IN 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Starting at $17.25/hr Start a Career with Growth Opportunities ProLogistix is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing warehouse team supporting a leading manufacturer of replacement parts. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with consistent hours, excellent benefits, and regular pay increases, this could be the position for you. No cherry picker experience? No problem. We provide training for candidates who are eager to learn and build new skills.
Pay, Bonuses & Benefits Starting Pay: $17.25/hour $1.50/hour pay increase after 4 months $0.25/hour increase every 6 months thereafter Quarterly bonus opportunities Paid holidays off Comprehensive benefits package PTO eligibility after 4 months Long-term career growth opportunities
Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Must be available for overtime on Saturdays when needed.
Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Learn to safely operate a cherry picker and other warehouse equipment Work at heights up to 30 feet while following safety procedures Accurately verify products and order information Maintain productivity and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned Willing to learn at heights
