We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable Patient Services Coordinator Float who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and jumping in wherever needed. You don’t need years of healthcare experience to be successful here. We can teach the processes — we’re looking for the personality, attitude, and people skills. We provide two weeks of paid training and give you the tools to grow your career in healthcare. What You’ll Do You’ll be one of the first faces our patients see and an important part of keeping the clinic running smoothly. Your day may include: Welcome patients with a friendly, positive attitude Check patients in and assist with rooming Schedule appointments and answer phones Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns Discuss insurance, billing, payments, and account balances Update patient and insurance information accurately Respond to calls, emails, texts, and faxesCollect and process patient payments Support providers and clinic staff with administrative needs Keep the front desk, waiting area, and clinic organized and welcoming Help with inventory and supplies Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and company policies Jump in and support your teammates wherever needed No two days are exactly the same — and that’s part of the fun! Who You Are We’re looking for someone who brings great energy and an even better attitude. You’ll be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with all types of people A natural people person who enjoys making others feel welcome Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in and help Confident and comfortable having conversations about payments and insurance Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment A strong communicator who knows how to listen Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems Team-oriented and adaptable Detail-focused without losing sight of the patient experience Excited to learn and grow in healthcare Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, healthcare, medical office, or administrative experience is a plus, not required Basic computer skills Must successfully pass a criminal background check Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month We care about who you are just as much as what’s on your resume. Clinic Hours Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday availability is required approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month.
