Job Description - Procure to Pay Support Specialist (2600013R) Procure to Pay Support Specialist - 2600013R About the Job This role is a key member of the Procurement Support Team, dedicated to improving purchasing compliance, data accuracy, and administrative efficiency. It reduces the burden on Plant Office Administrators by managing specialized procurement tasks and acting as the divisional Subject Matter Expert for purchasing processes. What You’ll Do Review and validate requisitions before Purchase Order creation. Ensure purchasing compliance with in‑network suppliers, BPAs, and CPAs. Verify work requests against risk tier approval limits. Apply “Buyer” assignment rules to limit users who can reopen POs. Focus on tasks that reduce administrative burden and eliminate rework for POAs. Assist with match holds related to price and other mismatch issues. Verify purchasing categorization and work order information. Track core credits to ensure timely receipt and application. Track open rentals to help division return equipment on time or extend rentals. Manage services/progress billing purchase orders. Other Requirements Provide better data quality for improved future decision‑making. Communication, Problem Solving, Reliability & Analytical Skills Clearly convey information, ideas, and messages. Identify, analyze, and resolve work‑related issues efficiently. Dependable and consistent in meeting work expectations and deadlines. Break down complex problems and examine information logically. Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Education High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Experience 1–2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience. Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or related administrative/financial role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of requisitioning, work order, and purchase order processes. Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and procure‑to‑pay software; experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle eBS, or Jaggaer is a plus. High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and sound judgment. Ability to serve as a high‑level resource, guiding field personnel and Accounts Payable coworkers. Ability to meet deadlines, work in a team, and complete tasks independently. Salary Range The base hourly range for this role is $26.00–$35.00 per hour. This range does not include discretionary bonus or equity package. Compensation is based on skillset, experience, job scope, and market data.
