Desktop Support Specialist
Sharp Brains
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Perform break/fix repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications. Respond to user support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone. Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and spare parts. Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when required. Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
