Why You Should Apply Opportunity to join a respected and growing energy company Strong mentorship from experienced accounting leadership Excellent exposure to month end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting Clear path for career advancement into Senior Accountant and beyond Downtown Denver location with exposure to a professional corporate environment Collaborative team culture with strong tenure and supportive leadership Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package What You’ll Do As Staff Accountant Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with month end and year end close activities Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages Assist with fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with accounting and operational teams on financial initiatives Support audit preparation and compliance activities Contribute to process improvements and special projects as assigned What You Bring As Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required One to three years of accounting experience preferred Public accounting experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility What You Need To Know Location: Downtown Denver, CO Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 depending on experience Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday through Friday Employment Type: Full time, permanent Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Interested?
