TITLE: Legal Practice Assistant (LPA)
LOCATION: Hackensack, New Jersey
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Executive Level Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our client’s New Jersey OfficeREQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years legal experience to support members of the Firm, associates in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts & Estates.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, client focused, highly organized and detail orientated with demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and work well independently and with a team.
- Strong technical skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and 3E required
- knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint a plus
