POSITION: LEGAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT (LPA)
LOCATION: HACKENSACK, NJ
Job Summary:
Seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our client’s New Jersey Office to support members of the Firm, associates in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts & Estates
Requirements:
- Three (3+) years of professional legal experience
- Experience supporting Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts & Estates.
- Law firm experience
- Strong technical skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and InTapp required
- Knowledge of I Manage and PowerPoint a plus
- Excellent communication skills, client focused, highly organized and detail orientated with ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and work well independently and with a team.
