MLR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Perinatal team at a leading healthcare facility near Edwards, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Perinatal:

• Deliver exceptional care to mothers and newborns, performing ongoing assessments and adapting care plans to meet individual needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide support during labor and delivery.
• Educate families on childbirth, newborn care, and postpartum health, fostering confidence and preparedness.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, and healthcare staff to ensure a seamless experience from labor through post-delivery.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring continuity and compliance with all protocols.
• Act as a support and resource for families, helping them adjust to the new demands of parenthood.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; experience in perinatal or OB/GYN nursing is highly preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills.
