About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for surgical patients and their families
- Circulate for operating room procedures and support surgical workflow
- Collaborate with providers, staff, and care team members to support positive outcomes
- Monitor patient flow to promote safety, efficiency, and satisfaction
- Perform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and apply critical thinking skills
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as needed
- Provide patient education and support informed healthcare decisions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow patient safety guidelines
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse license or valid compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years Operating Room experience required
- BLS/BCLS required
- ACLS required
- Strong assessment, prioritization, communication, and delegation skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CAPS requirement must be completed as soon as possible
