Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Schedule: Fully Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 DOE

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established organization in Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing the full accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching.
• Assist with ACH payment processing and check runs.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and annual audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies. [AP Special...ion 202306 | Word]

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Previous accounts payable experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
