No prior call center experience required — we hire based on attitude and trainability, and we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate. Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between. After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking.
