Client Service Director

A high-impact leadership opportunity is open for a seasoned Client Service Director to lead key client relationships, guide integrated campaign execution, and help drive overall business growth. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong agency experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build trust across clients and internal teams alike. The right person will be a senior client lead who can connect strategy, creative, production, and operations while keeping work moving efficiently and at a high standard. A background in creative, integrated marketing, or digital agency environments is strongly preferred. Interest in gaming, creator culture, or digital communities is a major plus. This position is based in Los Angeles and requires onsite presence at least three days per week. What You’ll Do: Lead and strengthen senior-level client relationships across multiple accounts Serve as the main point of contact for clients and align cross-functional teams around business goals Oversee integrated marketing campaigns from planning through delivery Monitor timelines, budgets, scopes, and overall project performance Define and communicate KPIs, results, and ROI to key stakeholders Manage, mentor, and develop client service teams Drive account growth through renewals, upsell opportunities, and new business support Represent the agency through industry visibility, networking, and community engagement What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management within an agency setting Proven success managing complex client relationships and large-scale marketing initiatives Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams Solid business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight Strong understanding of digital, social, gaming, and creator ecosystems Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills A calm, practical approach in fast-moving environments #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
