Care Manager – Private Duty Home Care (Must Be RN)

Location: Greater Atlanta, Georgia

Schedule: Full-Time Independent Contractor Opportunity with Flexible Scheduling

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 plus annual bonus opportunity of $15,000

Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) for the First Year

Our client, a growing private duty home care organization, is seeking a polished, relationship-driven RN Operations Manager/Care Manager to help launch and grow operations throughout the Greater Atlanta market.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care Management

  • Conduct in-home consultations and client assessments
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional care and service
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Conduct quality assurance visits in client homes
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing care coordination

Caregiver Oversight & Support

  • Assist with caregiver supervision and support
  • Conduct caregiver check-ins and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with scheduling and recruiting teams to ensure successful client-caregiver matches
  • Provide coaching and guidance to caregivers as needed
  • Ensure caregivers meet client expectations and company standards

Operations & Growth Support

  • Help establish and refine operational processes
  • Support local business growth and community presence
  • Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Represent the organization professionally throughout the community
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership on market development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • RN with active Georgia License
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and executive presence
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the Greater Atlanta market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home care, home health, hospice, senior care, or case management experience
  • Experience working directly with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Leadership or supervisory experience

Compensation & Structure

  • Independent Contractor (1099) position during the first year
