Our operational team will handle administrative tasks, ensuring you can concentrate on what you do best: providing invaluable support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth technology, focusing on therapeutic modalities that suit the needs of clients. Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for clients with mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and quality care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during regular case discussions, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic approaches. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, including access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary focus is on adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges. Clinical sessions typically involve engaging with clients who may be navigating significant life transitions, and we pride ourselves on nurturing a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth. With small group sizes—capped at eight clients per session—we create an intimate setting where in-depth therapeutic work can flourish. Qualifications A relevant Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. A valid, independently licensed clinician designation such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. Availability ranging from 12 to 40 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling options based on whether you seek a contract (1099) or W2 position. Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours for group therapy sessions, ensuring comprehensive client support. Preferred Experience Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations, particularly in a telehealth or remote care setting. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a focus on holistic and integrative approaches to mental health care. Previous experience participating in case discussions or multidisciplinary team collaborations. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
