You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, operate a vehicle as part of this driving post, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.95 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a healthcare and research location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access-related concerns to appropriate site contacts. Complete clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
