This contract opportunity is an onsite-only role serving a diverse caseload of up to 45 K-12 students, full-time (37.5 hours per week). You’ll work collaboratively with fellow educators, families, and school teams to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans that help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Experience & Credentials:

• Current and valid Washington State SLP Licensure/Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start date
• Proven ability to support diverse student needs through evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students with varied speech and language needs
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Document student progress and maintain all required records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Provide consultation and training to school teams as appropriate
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional learning
