Step into a rewarding opportunity to support K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school community near Renton, WA. This contract role will allow you to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and personal growth through dedicated onsite work.

As a valued SLP on this team, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of up to 45 students. Your expertise will ensure each student thrives in their learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington SLP licensure and CCC certification
• Authorization and fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Experience in school-based settings and working with K-12 students
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students K-12
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward goals
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families regarding student needs and strategies for classroom support
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocacy for students’ speech-language needs
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices
