You’ll play a vital role in preparing and mixing ingredients to craft high-quality products, ensuring every batch meets our high standards. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Title: Mixing Operator
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 9:00pm - 5:30am (Flexibility required, start time can be earlier or later)
Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705
Pay Rate: $18.00

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mix ingredients according to product recipes with precision.
Follow instructions for various types of dough preparation.
Pre-stage ingredients and record accurate weights.
Monitor and log ingredient temperatures to maintain quality.
Handle and unload dough for the next stages of production.
Assist with operating mixing equipment efficiently.
Strictly follow food safety and quality regulations.
Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
