Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and specific to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team as needed based on patient feedback and clinical evaluation.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Uphold the standards of ethical practice by maintaining patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for treatment.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and primary care physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care and a cohesive treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will specifically focus on serving individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from mild anxiety to severe psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
