Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional assessments
- Support patients recovering from spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputations, surgeries, and other complex conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage a caseload independently in inpatient rehab, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
- Use EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse and Wellsky for documentation
- Attend an initial hospital and departmental orientation, with full case load expected by week's end
- Maintain professionalism with pewter or business casual attire, onsite parking provided
What You Need:
- Current Louisiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to assist with ADLs and work effectively within a team
- Strong skills in managing complex patient diagnoses and conditions
