Skilled Healthcare Center - Position: RN Unit Manager Location: Delray Beach, Florida Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift Pay Rate: Up to $43 per hour Make a Difference Every Day We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. What You’ll Do Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing with day-to-day operations Ensure nursing staff adhere to established policies and job descriptions Address and report resident or staff complaints and grievances Oversee daily unit operations and maintain appropriate staffing levels Minimize overtime and agency usage through effective staff management Provide supervision and mentorship to professional and non-professional nursing staff Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary meetings and committees Cover nursing responsibilities on weekends and holidays as needed Lead quality assurance initiatives and nursing skill development Oversee MDS completion and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards Collaborate on discharge planning with residents, families, and care teams Participate in staff recruitment and onboarding efforts Promote a compassionate, resident-centered care environment What You’ll Need Active RN license in the State of Florida 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred) 6+ months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing Long-term care experience highly preferred Why Join Us?
