About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven, faith-based organization. The CEO will be responsible for delivering leadership that is deeply committed to the success of authentic Christian ministry, with a focus on stabilizing, retaining, and increasing enrollment by advancing quality health and welfare benefit products to faith-based organizations. This role is pivotal in reversing the recent decline in membership and will involve strategic growth, marketing, and expanding the organization's impact. The successful candidate will oversee financial management, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain effective communication with the Board of Trustees and other key stakeholders. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, and 10-15 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational leadership, growth, and management, as well as strong strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills. A deep understanding of benefit plan designs, technical aptitude, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance are essential. Personal characteristics should include a demonstrated commitment to authentic Christian faith, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. The role also requires a willingness to travel and the ability to work with a diverse range of staff and outside associates.
