Powersports Sales Consultant

WOW Motorcycles is hiring a driven salesperson to sell motorcycles, off-road side-by-sides, golf carts, and electric bikes. Experienced powersports sales pros welcome – but we’re just as open to strong closers from other industries who want to learn this role FAST! What you’ll do:
- Guide customers through choosing the right motorcycle, side-by-side, golf cart, or electric bike for their needs
- Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business – this isn’t a one-and-done sale
- Stay sharp on our expanding lineup, including new categories like Stark Future electric bikes and off road vehicles
- Follow up on leads generated from events, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Hit the floor hungry – this role rewards people who like the thrill of the hunt, not a flat paycheck
- Sales experience with a track record of closing (powersports experience a plus, not required)
- Motivation to excel, not just do the bare minimum
- Comfort working on commission
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for powersports
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work weekends when the floor is busiest
- Uncapped earning potential in a growing, diversifying dealership
- Product lineup that’s expanding fast – more to sell means more opportunity
- A shop that values hustle and personality over corporate sales scripts
