What This Role Offers: The opportunity to work alongside some of Connecticut’s most respected trial lawyers A supportive environment that values excellent writing, preparation, and advocacy A hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office (more for early-career attorneys) Competitive compensation + bonus structure Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on medical malpractice defense Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with strong writing and analytical skills Conduct depositions, court appearances, and discovery Work collaboratively with partners, clients, and experts Contribute to case strategy from inception through resolution Represent clients in state and federal courts in Connecticut Ideal Candidate Profile A strong candidate brings: 1–5 years of medical malpractice defense OR broader litigation experience Admission to practice in Connecticut Excellent writing, research, and communication skills Strong courtroom presence and professional demeanor A collaborative approach and positive attitude $100,000 – $150,000 base compensation (dependent on experience) Bonus: $50/hour for billables above 1,800 collected hours #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
