Senior Associate Attorney

Senior Associate Attorney - Connecticut We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney barred in Connecticut to play a key role in our fertility negligence/sexual assault cases and other complex litigation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in class actions, excels at independent case management, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile matters of public importance while being mentored by industry leaders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as Connecticut local counsel fertility negligence matters. Manage lawsuits in CT state and federal courts Conduct in-depth legal research and develop strategic recommendations. Draft, finalize, and argue motions, attend hearings, and manage discovery. Correspond with co-counsel, opposing counsel, clients, and court personnel. Draft, propound, review, and respond to discovery; resolve discovery disputes. Prepare for and take/defend depositions. Attend and argue motions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings in Connecticut courts.
