Customer Service & Operations Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services organization seeking a Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist to assist with a critical core system conversion initiative. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls during system conversion periods
• Assist customers with:
• Online banking registration and access issues
• Account visibility and navigation following system updates
• Debit card support, including activation and troubleshooting declined transactions
• Follow strict authentication and verification procedures on every customer interaction
• Adhere to established compliance standards and internal processes
• Provide clear, professional guidance to customers experiencing service disruptions
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues in accordance with internal protocols

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or call center customer support
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with online banking platforms, debit cards, and basic account transactions (ACH, account servicing)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes consistently
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and changing workflows
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
