Proposal Analyst I - Government Proposals & Cost Modeling

Elbit America is seeking an entry-level Proposal Analyst to support development of compliant, audit-ready proposals for FMF, FMS, and other Government Programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn FAR/DFAR regulations while building cost models and Basis of Estimate documentation. You will work cross-functionally with Program Office and Proposal Manager to prepare labor strategies and audit-ready cost data, ensuring DSCA compliance and solid #J-18808-Ljbffr Elbit Systems of America
