Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Evening (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) & Night (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) Shifts Available

Shift Differentials:

Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): +$2.00/hour
Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): +$2.00/hour

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. This means, improvements in work/life, increased resources for our Patients, and people who care about the future of Shelton Health and Rehab.

SHRC is currently looking for qualified LPNs to join our Nursing Program .

Job Summary:

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

Essential Functions:

Supervises nursing care to residents
Complies with state and Federal Regulations
Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.
Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
