We are seeking a highly motivated, well-connected Business Development Representative , Industrial Sales Representative , or Business Development Partner with established relationships in the manufacturing , industrial , and engineering sectors .

The ideal candidate has a strong professional network of manufacturing executives , plant managers , operations managers , HR leaders , and hiring decision-makers who regularly need skilled employees.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity for an individual who can leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business and connect companies with professional engineering staffing , manufacturing recruiting , direct-hire placement , and contract staffing solutions .

Your primary focus is bringing in new clients and staffing opportunities—not recruiting candidates.

Compensation Structure

This opportunity offers performance-based compensation with no base salary .

• Direct-Hire Placements: Earn 15% of the profit generated from successful direct-hire placements with clients you bring in.
• Contract Staffing Placements: Earn $3 per hour for contract hires placed with clients you bring in.

Compensation is directly tied to the staffing business generated through your client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage existing manufacturing and industrial relationships to identify companies with current or upcoming staffing needs.
• Develop new business opportunities through B2B sales , client acquisition , networking, and professional referrals.
• Connect with plant managers , manufacturing directors , operations executives , HR managers , and other decision-makers.
• Generate qualified staffing leads and establish relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities for engineering recruitment , skilled trades staffing , industrial workforce solutions , and professional staffing services .
• Introduce prospective clients to the staffing team to discuss hiring needs, workforce requirements, and recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat staffing business.
• Support business development efforts across manufacturing, industrial, and engineering markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Established professional relationships within the manufacturing , industrial , or engineering industries .
• Strong network of contacts with hiring authority, including plant managers , operations managers , HR directors , or business owners.
• Experience in business development , industrial sales , B2B sales , account management , or client relationship management .
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, staffing challenges, and workforce requirements.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads .
• Strong networking , communication , relationship-building , and negotiation skills .
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a commission-only sales role .
• Previous experience in staffing sales , recruitment business development , or staffing agency client acquisition is a plus.
