HR Business Partner, Consultant

Provide essential support to the HR team Drive HR initiatives within the organization Assist in delivering a broad range of HR projects Partner with various business units to support their HR needs Lead and operationalize core HR processes Drive colleague engagement survey strategy and follow-through Assist in preparing data and facilitation techniques Own and maintain governance of job description and role architecture frameworks Partner with immigration function and external counsel for visa cases Develop executive-ready materials to inform decision-making Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated solutions Champion company purpose and values Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience (3+ years) in HR or a related role preferred Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong assessment and analytical skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and project management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday) is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HR processes, project management, and data analysis while effectively collaborating with various business units to drive HR initiatives and enhance colleague engagement.
