Staff Management is hiring a Shipping Clerk to support a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to operational success and works closely with carriers, customers, and on-site management to manage shipping documentation, billing, and invoicing. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour.Duties:Ensures all loader paperwork is filled out correctly and completely.Resolve any shipping nonconformities.Resolve any issues with shipping with internal staff.Files paperwork daily.Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.Follow all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.Position Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic math skills.Self-motivated and motivate team members.Positive approach to the day's tasks and goals.Team player.Ability to multitask.Detail Oriented.Problem Solver- Knows how to get to the root of problems.High ethical standards.Ability to develop effective working relationships with supervision, coworkers and others to achieve operational excellence.Follows oral instructions.Basic computer and data entry skills.
