Responsibilities Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots. Check vehicles and enter information into a handheld device. Process rentals for loyalty customers. Assist customers at exit gates. Check in vehicles at return. Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. Perks Bi‑weekly hourly wage (New York and Puerto Rico: weekly wage). Qualifications Valid Driver’s License. Basic computer skills (typing, data entry). Effective verbal communication and customer service skills. A customer‑first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences. Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication. Willingness to work outdoors and stay active. Flexibility to work all shifts. Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires regular, on‑site presence and cannot be performed remotely. 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment is a bonus.
