Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children aged 0-3, identifying their developmental strengths and areas for growth.

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of the child and family.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team committed to enhancing child development.

• Provide essential support to families, offering resources and strategies to foster their child's growth in a nurturing environment.

• Administer evaluations competently while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Implement strategies using evidence-based practices, including Natural Learning Environment Practices, for optimal child engagement and learning.

• Encourage families to develop meaningful routines that support their child's acquisition of physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards ensuring the wellbeing of all staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n
