Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to diagnose and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and effectiveness of interventions, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with desired outcomes.

• Accurately document treatment records and clinical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with clients and their families, addressing diverse backgrounds and specific needs, and proactively enhancing patient safety and symptom management.

• Serve as a crucial link between clients and additional treatment options, coordinating referrals and establishing strong relationships with external providers.

• Mentor and support incoming students, interns, or volunteers in their clinical development through educational opportunities and peer review processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
