Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including initial evaluations, to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to different client circumstances.

• Effectively coordinate the delivery of behavioral health services across interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federally mandated mental health policies and behavioral healthcare programs that could impact service delivery.

• Adhere to established mental health policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals for clients requiring higher levels of care, whether inpatient or specialized services.

• Perform screening assessments for substance use disorders and provide immediate counseling or referral services for clients in need.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress effectively to enhance continuity of care and facilitate outcomes assessment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with a diverse client population dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
