Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to client needs.

• Design and implement individualized service plans that align with clients’ goals, collaborating closely with them to identify actionable steps toward improvement.

• Act as an advocate for client rights, including helping clients navigate access to vital resources such as health care, housing, and educational services.

• Engage in the development of community programs, including educational workshops and initiatives aimed at raising awareness around mental health and social justice.

• Contribute to program evaluation and grant reporting by assessing the effectiveness of services provided and suggesting areas for improvement.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and social work practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
