Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely while being part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. Your work schedule will be from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours, fostering a healthy work-life balance that promotes productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address these requirements.

• Coordinate and implement behavioral health services alongside a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication among all relevant parties, including primary care providers and support staff.

• Stay informed on current trends and legislation affecting local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare programs to ensure that services remain compliant and effective.

• Provide timely evaluations and intakes for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their assessment journey.

• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services, equipped to handle urgent and potentially life-threatening situations compassionately and competently.

• Refer patients with severe mental health conditions to appropriate inpatient services or specialized agencies as required.

• Oversee screenings for prescription drug abuse, illicit drug use, and alcohol dependency, providing counseling or referrals to suitable resources for patients who screen positively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution, coupled with a current LCSW license to practice in Texas.
