Job Summary – CORRECTIONAL HEALTH Responsible for assessment, development, and implementation of an intervention plan for persons with chemical dependency. Coordinates referrals within the facility, to community resources, release planning, and provides consultation to treatment team. Degree Bachelor of Arts: Human Services/ Social Work/ Criminal Justice (Preferred) Associate of Arts: Human Services/ Social Work/ Criminal Justice License & Certification Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor: LCDC-I (must test within 1 year) Work Experience Two (2) Years Work Experience in counseling incarcerated persons (preferred) Two (2) Years Work Experience: LCDC or LCDC-I.
