Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT YOU ARCO National Construction is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team onsite in our St. Louis office. This role requires a creative approach to problem-solving and proactive drive to make an impact. Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 3 weeks of vacation 1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 100% paid 12-week maternity leave Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child Tuition reimbursement for associates A DAY IN THE LIFE Provide administrative support to marketing department Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations for construction projects Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc. Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts Provide administrative support for company website Conduct market research Coordinate trade shows Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events Maintain contact databases NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related with a GPA of 3.5+ Up to 3 years of related experienceAdobe Creative Suite experience is a plus Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills andbe able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization LEGAL DISCLAIMER EOE, including disability/vets #J-18808-Ljbffr
